Shipping and Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

We ship most orders within 3–5 business days., excluding holidays.

Orders ship within the United States via UPS Ground when available. USPS Ground Advantage is used for PO Boxes and limited-access delivery areas.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $7.95 at checkout.

Once an order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be provided. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier and destination.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping may be added in the future.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our apothecary and personal-care products, all sales of those items are final.

Unworn jewelry may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.

Returned jewelry is inspected upon receipt. Refunds or exchanges are issued after the item is verified to be unworn and untampered with.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
